The project requested security support to support the new vision and strategy to reposition the location to maximize value and utilization and to establish a management entity accordingly. Retained to design and establish the location’s General Authority organization. Subsequently, the work continued to provide the security strategy, security master planning services, and operational support for the location, which presents several challenges due to the security posture and the presence of multiple sensitive institutions.

  • Visit all sites.
  •   Provide a Threat and Risk Assessment (TRA) for each site.
  • Understand the current security policy, processes, and procedures for each site.
  •   Align the Security Strategy with local authorities, Ministry of Interior (MOI) regulations and standards, international security standards, as well as the overall organizational strategy.
  •  Provide a 5-year Security Strategy Plan.
  •  Provide recommendations of revised manpower resources for each property.
  •  Review current security monitoring and control systems.
  •  Provide a detailed report with all findings and recommendations.

  • Visited more than 16 locations.
  • Conducted a comprehensive TRA for each site.
  • Drafted detailed TRA Reports for each site that included recommendations pertaining to revised security measures, monitoring and control systems, and revised manpower resources.
  •  Conducted a Gap Analysis process to compare the current situation with the preferred situation in line with local and international regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Delivered a final report that included the 5-year Security Strategy Plan; detailed findings, evaluations, analysis, and recommendations.
